want to loose some weight but I cant stop eatingg

heyy.. lately I been eating too much and im getting really fat. even people at school are starting to notice and I really want to loose some weight but I cant stop eatingg.. any advicee?

Take any stress you have away. Be active. Eat whatever you want, just eat a small portion of it. When you chew, chew SLOWLY very slowly and make sure everything is chewed fine. (makes you feel more full faster, and you taste your food better)

unlike what everyone thinks eating a lot does not affect your weight. It is what you eat and what is in you eat. If you eat junk or fast food of course you are going to gain weight it is pure carbs and your body stores it as fat. Eat more healthy and excersise. Try eating more vegetables in your diet. also if you want to lose weight dont eat complex carbs such as rice, pasta, white bread ect… if your going to eat carbs dont eat white carbs I hope my advice is helpful good luck

You should consume 2000 calories a day to stay healthy but if you want to lose weight I suggest 1600 calories is fine you should include, 5 ounces of whole grains 5 ounces of meat 3 cups of dairy 2 cups of vegetables 1 1/2 cups of fruits and this will work, and you have to exercise for an hour everyday run, walk, play sports anything you want for an hour daily and do it with a friend so it can be fun cut down on sodas and junk foods drink 64 ounces of water daily too keep your metabolism running

Just like everyone has been saying, try to monitor what you eat. My best advice would be to count your calorie intake. Always remember 3500 calories equals one pound of fat. Eating junk food occasionally is ok.

What I do is I eat extremely healthy on the weekdays, and on Saturday or something I’ll pig out with my boyfriend somewhere. Another key to losing weight is avoiding juices and sodas, and drinking PLENTY of water. And working out 30-45 minutes four times a week should help.

Losing weight is all about will power. Of course if there are cookies looking you in the eye, you’re going to want to eat it! If I feel the need to chew on some chocolate goodness, I tend to grab a healthier snack, like watermelon slices, or an orange or something… And drink water in addition (if you drink a lot of water, it actually fills you up quite a bit and you aren’t as hungry). Try it! =o)
