stomach fat and easy curves

I am trying to find an easy way of loosing stomach fat, and to make curves. what is the best excersise to get rid of stomach fat and make curves??I like wearing a two piece bathing suit but I fell uncomfortable with my stomach showing

hi, please dont try and do situps and crunches and cardios and those kinds of stuff because they don’t reduce the belly fat, they keep it inside of you. and cut off on junk food, replace soda with water, dont get scammed by buying foods labeled “whole grain” “low fat” “sugar free” etc. it is just a selling scam. eat more than 3 meals a day. have a snack between each meal. chew gum before each snack. excercise before breakfasta dn good luck. april staples.

well if you want you can drink a glass of water before every meal you will eat 15 percent less or do some situps if you do situps after your meal you wont gain so much weight
