Stolen ipod

Can you file a police report on someone who stole your ipod? I know that person has it because someone saw it at there house and his sister saw the cover I had on it in his stuff. I have asked him for it and he keeps denying it. Should I call the police?

find evidence that its your ipod. Like look @ your playlist on itunes, And look @ the ipods playlist. look @ the names of the playlist, look for pics, videos. GAmes?

wow foreal ? my phone was stolen and it probrably socted more then your ipod, so really do you think cops give a shit about your ipod ? I think not get a new one.

Ask if your parents/guardian can help you. they may have a suggestion or 2 .Be SURE you can identify your ipod correctly. because if you decide to get the police involved they may ask you that question. And it may come down to your word against his. remember what goes around comes around.

You can file a police report, but it probably won’t help you much. The chances of the police finding something like an ipod or cellphone are very slim. Your best bet is to go confront the guy who stole it again. If that doesn’t work out, looks like you’re gonna have to go ipod shopping. Sorry.
