Stolen cellphone?

Ok do today this kid stole my cell phone I know who did it for sure hes saying he doesnt have it. I called the police and they went to his house but said because he didnt have the property on him he couldnt do anything. The cop believed he has it but cant do anything because I didnt see him holding it. I have a tmobile sidekick 2008, is there anyway I can track it down to prove to cops he has it? I dont have insurence on it so I cant just get a new one.

Did it have GPS? If its like mine, I think Verizon can track mine through the GPS. Maybe T-Mobile can do the same? Good luck! (=

You should have got insurance on it. But you do need to call tmobile asap and tell them the situation. May be best to go to the t mobile store. They will help you out.

call t mobile and tell them they stole your phone so you want to cancel the sim card for right now…

so they wont waste your minutes and stuff

I would say try calling T-Mobile. One time they delivered a phone to my mom’s house, and a dog ate it (literally, ate it), and my mom said it was never delivered, so they said they’re gonna track it. I don’t know if they ever did though.

check your call list online and tell the police the numbers that were called after it was missing…

I don’t know if they will but the Police could possibly ‘ping’ the phone to locate.
