My foreskin burns a little when ever I touch it ,try and move it or urinate…

Why is this?

And I haven’t had sex so its not an std.

Ow dude I know what your talking about…it is a rash and if you do not dry down there really good when you get out of the shower you get a rash… but it depends if you are circumsized. if you are not you get it super bad! but if you are it is not as bad

It could be thrush, or some other fungal infection. I would go to the doctor to get it checked out, and get advice on maybe some lifestyle changes that can help avoid it in the future.
