. A step father who does that to his 14 year old step daughter is a dangerous paedophile who should not be left in the company of young people. . I strongly recommend that you attempt to get to a place of safety, e.g. with grandparents, aunt or uncle, and if possible, do not stay alone in the same building with him again. . You should seriously consider reporting this incident to the police if there is any evidence to back up your description. But without evidence it will be difficult for the police to do anything other than interview the man. .

Go to the police or some other person in authority immediately. You need to be protected from him and they will do that.

go rite away to a close friends house or relative and tell them the situation. they will take care of the rest.but go rite now.
