There are many, much of it depends on your interests, and how much time you have. With a young child you don’t usually have much.

Reading is good. Read out loud to your child… it makes him smarter, too.

I know one mom who knits… or you could play a musical instrument, garden, sew, take photographs…

I like to get out - I go for walks or cycle rides in the local area - I did that with my children and the push-chair or the bike seat when they were younger.
