what things should i get to start throwing knives?

iv been looking around at knives and videos and i was wondering if any one has ideas as to what knives i should get and if there is a good book/video on how to throw

Throwing knives, target papers, and you can make a place to throw them out of a piece of plywood and attatch the targets to it. Its cheaper than buying target stands.

In fact, the most common way. Take the knife blade with his right hand, thumb is on the sports stand, a standard left-handed. Turn away from the knife up and back, but do not bend the brush.
