How can I start eating healthily again?

Lately I haven’t been eating anywhere near enough (usually nothing over 200 calories per day) and I’m kind of in the whole anorexic mindset. It’s really taking a tole on my body (dark circles, pale, general coke addict look) and I really want to start to be healthy again but I have no idea where to start. I feel awful and guilty if I eat anything, no matter what it is, so I really have no idea how to begin to get healthy. Any ideas?

Well its great that you want to make this differnece in your life so good for u. I would say in the begining i would start with eating alot of fruits and nuts(walnuts,almonds and watever seeds). but i think you should look into foods with protein and whole wheat breads too to boost energy and get more life in ur skin and eyes. for now focas on foods with protein. With low energy comes depression and anxiety. so if u suffer from those its cuz of the way u eat. im primrose difficient and its the most randomest nutrient ever but witout it i use to cut my wrists. i started takn it and im actaully living. so start with gettn ur energy up with protein. good luck ur doin a great thing :)
