Does anyone else have specific sleeping habits that won't allow them to sleep through the night?

I have to sleep on my right side with my right arm brneath my pillow and head and my left arm by my face. My back needs to be against a wall and my head needs to be by a wall if I’m not doing one of those things I can’t sleep. I may fall asleep but I will constantly wake up and toss and turn.

well i dont have a habit of taking anap in the afternoon but whenever i do that i cant sleep in night.

I used to have to have my back against the wall but when I was like 15 I got a queen bed so I got used to not having my back on the wall haha. I guess I have to have it dark to sleep, I find it hard sleeping in the light.

I have to sleep facing the wall on my side with my hand under the pillow and my head on my arm

The only way I usually sleep peacefully and comfy is if I sleep on my right side. My right arm is usually under my pillow, and my back usually has to face the wall. Otherwise I get creeped out about whatever may be behind me, even if there isn’t anything. xD

I can’t sleep without huging a pillow.. I can sleep in most positions but if I’m not huging a pillow I can’t sleep for some reason.. :P And if I’m not listening to music I have trouble getting to sleep.

I always sleep cuddling with my pillow, dog, cat of stuffed animal. I’f I dont I feel like that spot is empty. -.- I also feel like there has to be some sort of noise like music, tv, sirens outside, air conditioner or my fan making these annoying ringing noises. I have to sleep covered with a blanket too even if I’m really hot which sucks. I haven’t slept a full night in so long, I wake up ever 1-3 hours, say up for 10 min & fall back asleep. Yet, I can sleep in class with nothing perfectly. :l

I have to sleep on my back, or I get a migraine for 1-2 weeks. Andd have the pillow right under my shoulderblades, and one foot out of the blanket so it stays cool. I gotta fluff up my pillow, and sleep on the cool side. And on the really rare nights, if I cant sleep on my back, I have to like hug a body pillow and lay on my side ..Ha. And I like having either a window half-open, music playing softly, or sipping warm tea before I got to sleep. I cant sleep if Im wearing long pajama bottoms cause they get all rinkled and can ride up, so I gotta wear shorts most the time. Ohhh and I have to drink a liter or two of water before I got to sleep :p. Andddddddd yeah. Ohh and I cant sleep if I dont brush my teeth and wash my face either, I get this weird guilt feeling. :b

I don’t usually have a problem getting to sleep, unless I had a particularly energetic night. But I do have a problem when I am asleep, I don’t move in my sleep so my skin starts to degrade after 2 hours of staying in the same position so I wake up and it looks as though I’ve been in a fight :/
