What are some special-to-Canada foods that I should and can mail to my friend in Malaysia?
Well… One of my best friends is Malaysian! ha ha! And I am from Canada! So I hope I am qualified :D I am thinking maybe a Canada T-Shirt. Or if he/she likes hockey or something. It could be something personal or a cool gift representing Canada. Because Malaysia still receives a lot of International Stuff. Maple Syrup may be a goo idea but a bit too typical! There is a lot of good clothes that you are not able to get in Malasyia you can in Canada! It all depends what they like and what your willing to give. For Canada FOODs: Maple Syrup, CHEEESE :D, Moose and Geese! OH! Ha ha! I just though of something. You know those Moose, Bird, Beaver droppings (actually chocolate covered peanuts, raisins etc. Those are exclusive to Canada and DELICIOUS!!!
Be careful sending food products internationally - there are many restrictions as to what can be sent to another country. Usually, pre-packaged items like maple syrup (as mentioned) or chocolate are safe.
