sore tummy
a few days ago I was up during the night with a sore tummy and the next morning it wouldnt go away but Ikept on having to poo but it was still there every time I CAME OUT OF THE TOILET
sound somewat like a flu but you might have a bug! if I were you I would go to a doctor to see if you have a flu
Tummy bug, it should pass in a couple of days, if not best you see your Dr.
I had that once dont worry it will clear up soon xx
