What are some pregnancy stress relief techniques I could do?

I have been getting super stressed and frustrated over the littlest things. I used to not be this way so i know its my hormones. Im finding it harder and harder to bite my tongue at stubborn customers -_-

Have you tried yoga? my Mom did yoga when she was pregnant with me and my sister and she found it helped her relax.

seriously research has shown it helps with early stages of a new born social life and adaption. there is nothing harm full in pot other than the smoke so just simply eat it. it’s not like alcohol and cigs.

I no i have researched it before. I no there are no scientific studies that show pot to be bad as long as its not smoked. I would just rather not. Becuase i think they might dr.ug test or i would get super fat cuz the munchies lol. Just dont wanna risk anything

I just wouldnt feel right about it. Even tho studies have shown it not to be dangerous. Just a feeling of mine.

Smoking for a pregnant lady John? No offense, but have you smoked to much already. No amount or type of smoke is good for a growing fetus. I suggest like the first person yoga or meditation.
