How do I solve this problem?

Find an equation represents a line that is parallel to ( y + 3 )= 2/3 ( x - 5 ) through points ( -2 , 10 ) in point slope form and y-intercept form.

A parallel means the line has the same slope so the slope is 2/3. Then you just put in the point for point slope form and get (y-10)=2/3(x+2) . For y intercept form, you just solve for y and get y=(2/3)x+(34/3)
