So little things but why?

what should I do if im stressing out about so many things but I cant stop and im thinking about it all the time?

I punch my pillow and yell into it if I’m really THAT stressed…that’s a big turn down from wanting to just break everything in my way though. I have a lot of stress as well, from paying my rent and bills to my parents rent and bills (which is significantly higher) to being stalked by an abusive ex boyfreind, hence bieng scared to even go home! to work to stubbing my toe..most of the time I can deal but sometimes when my mind puts all these stressors together and I feel trapped and alone I just scream into my pillow and I just lay there for a while taking deep breaths. you’d be surprised how much that helps

I suggest being out. try to avoid situations where you’re alone and bored. if you can, hang with friends. but if you’d like to be alone, do something you like. I’m a writer, and a skateboarder. those 2 things give me constructive creative outlets and help me get stress off. I know its not for everyone, but sometimes we’re stressed by things we need to let out, but don’t necessarily want to say to someone else. perhaps, writing these things out may help you in some way. if not, do something that allows you to channel and release, which will most likely be something of a more physical nature.
