Snacking issues...

I need to stop my snacking habits, because it’s bothering me that every 2 hours or so I want something to eat. LOL! Most of the time it’s healthy, like yogurts, apples, but then some of them are a little bad like chocolate chip granola bars, or stuff like that. Any help ?

I had the same problem when you want a snack get a orange (or fruit) to make you be healthy and still lose weight

Answer #2

snacking is better than having just three big meals because that stretches your stomach. it’s ok to have 1 or 2 unhealthy snacks a day, but don’t eat too many. just try to keep a balance

It’s actually better for your body to snack throughout the day. So long as you keep it healthy :)

Snacking through the day keeps your metabolism high.
