Why is it that when someone tells you that there’s billions of stars in the universe, you believe them. But if they tell you there’s wet paint somewhere you have to touch it?

Answer #1

Because you can’t count all the stars…ps. I wouldn’t believe them… :)

Answer #2

Well I would do that to get some on my hand and then wipe it on them but that’s just me. They would regret telling me that it was wet paint and wish they would have let me sit in it. Lol I guess im just mean.

Answer #3

I think it’s because there’s no way you can prove them wrong about millions of stars in the universe but if they say there’s wet paint you can prove them wrong or at least see for yourself . . . . .

maybe . . . . . .who knows . .. .. it’s just human nature. . . . .

xD

Answer #4

Because there are Billions of stars. Its a simple fact. Touching the paint is more then likely just humans being, lol. We have a very curious nature, and we also have become a very egotistical being. When you mix those two it makes for a jackass who will get paint on him/herself just to prove to their friend that it is indeed wet or dry in the hopes that it is dry therefor making themselves feel superior. People are always looking to win small battles in life because most of them cant win the big ones…gotta take what you can get I guess, lol.
