omg lol sorri but im_lost52 is silly.

there is not just one type of sleep disorder, theres hundreds and everyone probably experiences one in there life time.

if you cant sleep its called insomnia. my dad has it and so do I but there loads of different types.

well why friend zach has somthin called insaumniac or I don’t know how you spell it but he has problems sleeping at night even without distractions your hyper at night and you have problems getting up in th morning

-dificulty hauling yourself out of bed in the morning -delvelop problems with concentrating on big or small tasks -drifting off to sleep at work or school -feelings of moodiness -restless legs syndrom (a “creepy crawly feeling” or “pins and needles) -waking up frequently during the night
