Answer #3

its happened to me before the parralizing thing when you notice it your head sends you disturbing images for some reason and I do to hear things like someone saying hey or my name I also hear footsteps in my brothers room when he is not there I didnt do anything I just accepted it (ok look if you dont want to hear it listen to really loud music if you dont want to get freaked out get your cat out of your room so you wont notice anything)im not going to say bless your house because im an atheist buti know its freaky I walk around without noticing it too but just calm down dont get scared ok just when you notice something block it out or listen to music oh and if you dont want to have the parrsliyzing dreams do something thats gets you tired so you can sleep I tried using the laptop untill I sleep on it SO I HOPE THIS HELPS DONT GET SCARED OK
