I am only 45kilos and look terrible no curves what should I be wearing

   “How can I Lose 1 pound of body weight per week?”   One pound of body fat is equal to about 3500 calories. So to lose 1 pound of weight per week, you need to eat 500 calories/day LESS than you burn.

But it’s not a good idea to lose weight simply by cutting calories. As well as decreasing calories you should increase your daily physical exercise. This helps to burn calories and build more lean tissue which in turn burns more calories.

As a guide to minimum calorie intake, the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) recommends that calorie levels never drop below 1200 calories per day for women or 1800 calories per day for men. Even these calorie levels are quite low.

You probalby look fine, but to create the illusion of curves wear bootleg jeans with large butt pockets and a tank top with a fitted top that cuts under your boobs.

don’t worry, from what you’ve said you have a models figure! just try to wear clothes that suggest you have curves, like umpire line tops and dresses, and wear your belts around the smallest part of your waist, not your hips. xxx

I’ve always felt flair legs with Low rise waist helps me out, but honestly don’t worry too much about how skinny you look. I think sleeveless shirts even my figure out too. Baggy Layers can help, but at the same time it kinda leaves people wondering if there is anything in there at all. You know? Also about belts… I would die before I ever put a belt on the thinest part of my waist! What I would suggest it just get down with your bad self! I am sure you don’t look that bad!

Capris can help though, rather than shorts, and if you wear shorts, maybe wear boots or shoes with knee highs, something to chop up the longness of the legs. High necks came make you look longer so maybe wear things that have a wide low neck. Anything that draws a line sideways. If I think of more Ill come back.
