why is it that when skaters skate and theres a newbee round they call umm POSER??

Marking their territory is how I see it. And yeah as Matt said, a poser is someone who pretends to skate, when really they can’t. I don’t see new skaters as posers, that’s dumb. Everyone’s a newbie at least once, and you’re right about the hypocritism.

i think skates that do that all have known eachothr for a long time and just because they dont know some one or anything about them they can cal them a poser……

yes a poser is a person who cant skate that pretends to be one. i hang out with all skaters (guys) and since i cant skate they mess with me and call me a poser. lol.. they call you that because it look like your just trying to be a skater to fit in with them.. dont listen to them tho, eventually they will stop.. unless its the guys i hang out with, they will never stop..(btw i was friends with all of these guys b4 they could skate. like pre-k i think. now im in 9th grade.)

that really is true.. skaters can be pretty mean about that stuff.:)
