when I click on a picture it says the size on the side, but its not like 81/2 by 11 its more like 345 by 350 or like 60 by 62 or 120 by 120, get me?

US-Letter format is 8.5 in × 11 in, that is 216mm × 279mm US-Legal format is 8.5 in × 14 in, that is 216mm × 356mm US-Ledger format is 17 in × 11 in, that is 432mm × 279mm US-Tabloid format is 11 in × 17 in, that is 279mm × 432mm

ISO A4, the most common format in most of Europe is 210mm × 297mm.

Japan also has the Shiroku ban (264mm × 379mm) and the Kiku (227mm × 306mm) paper format.
