How can I print in A4 size documents on Word/Powerpoint 2007?

Every time i print something in A4 size paper it turns out to be really tiny on the page, i have tried going onto the printer settings but i can’t seem to find “A4” size paper on the drop down menus - can anyone help me ???

In the Software application you are using (e.g. MS Word) ….. [File] ….. [ Page Setup ] ….. click the [ Paper ] tab; . In the drop-down menu box select A4 paper, also, note that it is possible that the margin sizes will determine how large the print area is going to be.
. Margin sizes are also set on the [ page setup ], and Paragraph “indents” / inter-paragraph spacing can produce further reduction in print area used. .

You should have a paper format option for your document on “file”/ “page setup”. See if that is A4. Use the “page preview” option to see what your word/power point makes of it.

Also check whether your printer hat letter/A4 resizing on in the printer driver. (that would be on start/ control panel/ printers/ your**printer/ options) Or any “fit to page” option.

your**printer should be something like “HP-930”… whatever manufacturer and series the machine is…
