How do I get my sister to learn how to say 'no'?

My sister has went out with nine different guys throughout her high school years so far and she’s only a sophomore. Six of the guys she’s given a bj to, all of them fingered her, and she’s had s*x with the most recent guy. She didn’t want to do any of it. I know this is not like her, but she’s just scared of confrontations. Her friends and I always tell her just to say no. What can I do to make her stop? Please help.

Unfortunately there’s not much you can do to make her stop if she doesn’t want to change. Just try to sit down with her one on one and ask her why she’s doing these things. If she says she’s just afraid of what the guys think, tell her that by saying yes to everything will give her a bad reputation. These guys obviously do not respect her and only see her as someone to fool around with. Is that the kind of person she wants to be viewed as? It’s okay to be with different guys and to try different things, but if she regrets these decisions and is just afraid of saying no, then there’s a problem there…
