Sims install

ok when I try to install my sims 2 seasons it stops at 46% and tells me it has trouble transfering the media TSdata/res/sound/voice1.package and it asks me if I want to retry and copy it so I hit yes and it just tells me the same thing.I even went to the file but it freezes my computer so what do I do to install it?

If you bought it, then read the box with the instructions to make sure you’re system is compatible.

Also, check with the store you bought it from to make sure it’s supposed to work on your machine, and that it’s a quality copy (eg, perhaps return it & see if another one will install properly).
