The simsline english website is long gone. Support for a lot of the products went to a varied list of Korean websites. Your best bet is to go to the interenet archive www.archive.org and start by searching the old sites:

Odd, I can’t seem to find their website (sims digital that is), the manufacturer of your product. You should look on the box or packaging if you have any to see if htey have a customer service number or URL you can lookup to find where they would have the drivers & software to use the digital recorder.
