Can you get sick from eating a specific food after so many years?

Something didn’t ‘agree’ with me last night and this is a first I ever woken up in the middle of the night, feeling sick :/ My favourite food, didn’t seem to be fine I mean could it be a change of ingredient? or just is it telling me to move on to another favourite? X3

You might be just sick. As in; sick because of a disease. It doesn’t have to be the food.

But then maybe one of the ingredients has gone bad and you didn’t notice.

If you ate the same food very often and it never bade you feel sick, then there is no logical reason why the food would make you feel sick now.

Yes, cause your bodies not use to it. For instance; if long-term vegetarians decide to eat meat one day out of the blue, they can become sick. There also could just be something wrong with what you ate, it could be spoiled.

I’m vegetarian and I have been for 3 years. I made a vow that I would eat a hotdog if I ever went to a baseball game. I’ve never liked hotdogs or baseball, but it’s what you do at a baseball game and I stick to my word. Needless to say, I was dragged to a baseball game. I got very sick. It could have been from an unsanitary enviroment that the food was in, but I’m going to blame it on the meat. My body wasn’t used to it. You could be sick from something else, but since your asking this question, I assume you know what it’s from.

probably bt it wasn’t anything that had meat in it. it was like a pizza turnover, just filled with cheese and sauce. But it’s been quite a while since I last got it and I felt fine before but when we recently got it, I felt sick and woken up in the middle of the night.
