Shrink my size?

Ok so like im almost 14 and want to go down atleast 2 sizes. I weigh like 168 and everyone says my figure looks fine but how can I change it in like 2 months?

the honest truth is that your not going to be able to safely change your figure that dramatically in such a short amount of time. work out everyday for as long as you can, gradually make the work outs longer and make sure your not putting yourself in a rut, dont do the same work out every day. this paired with prpper diet should help a lot. it takes time dont give up because being overweight puts you at risk for tons of bad stuff. when you diet make sure you dont starve yourself, and it’s ok to give in sometimes and have a piece of pizza or m&ms, just dont eat a lot of them and dont make it a daily habit.

Hi! The key to weight loss is burning more calories than you take in. So exercise! Walking, running, arobics, using weights, but stick to lighter weights. Cut down on your time on the computer or games, and TV watching. Also, if you eat a meal, and then go vegatate, that’s bad, it mostly turns to fat then. So maybe go for a walk after eating. And of course, without necessarily dieting, change what you eat. Eat more healthy things, and less things with loads of fat. And, your friends who say you have a nice figure, are either lying to you, or you are 6’ 2” tall. That extra weight is putting additional stress and load on your organs. well, a good way is to eat really healthy and NO junk food at all. Plus exercise a lot like run on a treadmill or do crunches if you want to lose stomach fat. You can also cut down on eating and don’t drink diet soda or any soda for that matter. if you already do then if you stop you’ll get bloated. Happened to a lot of people I know.

zumba fit its realy good my sis used it and she was like 65 pounds and now she is about 57 pounds its realy fun and you can sould be able to still eat the same but if you realy want it to work then cut down a little bit mut not to much hope it works :-))
