Should I bleach to get blue hair?

I’m dyeing my hair blue soon (Splat, Blue Envy), and, as I’ve never done this before, I have a few questions (I already posted the first one). Should I, or should I not use the bleach? I have naturally dark brown hair, but when I put red streaks in my hair over the summer, they showed up beautifully, and I’m hearing very good things about how Splat shows up. And I’m a little nervous bleaching myself, but I’m not sure if I want to go to a salon =/ So… to bleach or not to bleach is the question!

if your hair went fine without it the first time then there’s no need. The coulor will come up fine.

I say bleaching is the best way to go so that the color can stand out…I have been dying my hair various colors for 4years now(gren,blue,purple,and orange?lol)…and I bleached my hair on my own…just dont let it get on your skin it itches and stings when you try to remove it and it can b dangerous if you are allergic to the chemicals
