yes bleach can be damaging but if you do a weekly treatment and use leave in conditioner it should keep it healthy if your deciding to bleach your hair make sure you get it done ate a salon and have the sun a nice treatment through it while your there
If you do it too often yess :) if you get your roots done like every 6-8weeks but just your roots when you get a regrowth..you’ll be fineee :)
its one of the biggest no-no’s you could ever do to you hair…
