Should I ask my boyfriend to marry me?

I have been with my boyfriend for almost 3 years now and I am ready to get married. He asked me to marry him back when our daughter was 3 months old and i told him if we were still together in a year and he said ok. Well its been over a year now and I feel like we worked everything out and I now want to get married but it hasn’t been brought up. So I was wondering if I should ask if he wants to get married now???

He is prob scared to bring it up with you becos he doesnt want to be turned down again. Just bring it up with him one day, when he is in a good mood, mention that its been over a year since the marriage convo and see what he says.
