How can I stop my cat from shedding so much?

My cat sheds like crazy!!! To the point it is disgusting and I have to lint roll everything everyday. Even if I brush her, 5 min later she’s shedding again. What can I do??

dear britty1487,

cats shed alot and you can not prevent this but if it is really bad you should in form your local vet about this happening but make sure that you tell your vet how much your cat was sheding and if it was not normal.

hi, I would check your cat’s food. it should be a meat based food, the more protein the better. my sister in-law recently started giving her cat a supplement from Dinovite and it has greatly reduced the shedding.

if the cat wont stop shedding, get a really good brush. I have 3 cats and two dogs and I have a product called the Furminator. it works on cats and dogs and comes in differnet sizes. it takes out the under coat as well as the top
