Shawl...wrap...what is it??

I received this wrap thing…..it has two holes that your arms go in….is full across the back….and in the front, there are these two long pieces of clothe…kinda like scarves….(too thick to tie together) and I have no idea how it is supposed to look??? HELP!!!! It’s really nice and funky….Just how to wear it…….

From your description I believe it is a wrap around Poncho you were given. Put your hands through the holes and let the loose ends dangle or throw it across your shoulder. Very sexy and sophisticated peice of clothing you got there not to mention insanely cosy once you get comfortable in it!

i think what you got is a yoga wrap. the two long peices get tied in the back..put your arms through the arm holes and take the longer of the two peices i think it will be the left one now look on the right side of the wrap and there should be a hole there your sposed to put the longer through the holes and bring it behind you then you wrap the right one around the front and tie them on the side or back…it should come just under your boobs if thats what it is hope i helped

To be 100% honest, even if the article of clothing is a shawl or a wrap, and kind of “cool & funky” it may look quite silly when you wear it…please don’t take this the wrong way, but this being the holiday season, I’d be highly tempted to “re-gift”.

If that’s not an option, don’t be shy, ask the giver how you’re supposed to wear the mysterious article of clothing, and be happy in your unique look (as I doubt if you can’t figure it out that you’ll see many people wearing similar stuff). Good luck!
