What is a silk wrap?

I see it all the time on menus at hair salons, but I don’t know what it is, but people always asks me if I got one.

I tried doing a search for it but info continued to come up about silk wrap scarfs…

Could someone help me please?

I just got my hair done 2 days ago and had my first silk wrap. My hairdresser washed and conditioned my hair, then put me under a hooded dryer for a little while. Then she blew my hair dry w/ a chi dryer (ceramic)and a brush. Next she used a chi flat iron all over my head. My hair turned out very silky and it had TONS of movement. I love it!

silk wrap in nails is just like regular nails cept it takes forever to do and last a lottt longer. I don’t know bout hair though

There’s a thing called silk wrap nails…they’re more flexible than other artificial nails. That’s the only thing I know of other than actually wrapping you hair up in a silk wrap to protect it while you sleep.
