What's the best shampoo/ conditioner to repair dead and damaged hair?

I dunno the best shampoo/conditioners but I know what you can do which works for me. Theres this stuff for split ends, I don’t remember what it’s called but it comes in a red bottle & it’s from Herbal Essence & what I do is I wet my hair, towel dry it, & just use a lot of that in my hair, let it sit for liek an hour & rinse it out completely, it makes it reallllly soft. I do reccommend this shampoo though, ‘Sleek & shine for frizzy, dry, unmanageable hair’ by Garnier Frutis. & I reccommend this conditioner, ‘Olive Glossing Conditioner’ it’s by Proclaim Professional Care, you can only get it at Sally’s Beauty Supplies, it’s like $5-8 but it works reallly well. Also, I do hot oil treatments with pure olive oil, the stuff you cook with. Just pour some in a coffee cup, put it in the microwave for about 15-30 sec before you shower, & take it in the shower with you, shampoo your hair but don’t condition, rinse it out & soak your hair in the oil for like 10-15 min & rinse it out. If you don’t get it all out your hair will appear VERY greasy, but baby shampoo helps get it out so I reccommend using that in the shower after the oil also. Make sure the oil isn’t too hot, to where it’s okay to stick your finger in it. If it’s too hot it’ll burn your scalp.
