Has anyone found a successful brand of shampoo/conditioner that can help damaged hair?

my grandma has a special recipe for this it is 1 cup sugar 1/4 cup honey 1 tsp vanilla 2 tsp joe 1 tbsp flour 6 egg whites 2 tsp butter
