Semi Hair Dye?

Hey I’m Sophie.

I have Strawberry blond hair and I died over it perminant black but I wanted to go back a year later so I cut it so short that I looked like a boy I have grown it out dyeing over it Semi black well my hair is to my sholders now and I have stoped useing the Semi just left it my normal hair is pretty long now and I know its longer underneath how do I remove the rest of the Semi so I can see it and cut the black off?

Thank you, Sorry if I didnt make any sense

Hm that is quite confusing, but from what I gather, you could probably strip the colour from your hair. Assuming that this has all been done professionally.

Answer #2

Its not confusing. You were trying to grow out the dye and tried to hide the roots with a semi perm. hair color. Sallys has wonderful nonabrasive color strippers for 8.99. They take out all the dye and give you a base color of a golden orangish blonde. Right after using the color stipper you can use a regular hair dye. (Get the small packets of no red at sallys to put in the hair dye or the no brass ones.) I no longer go to professionals bc they screw up my hair nonstop. But what works for me may not work for you.
