Self inflicted head injury-possible outcomes?

I hit my head with a full bottle of wine as hard as I could when I was in a rage. I know this is self harm, but I could not help doing it. how bad is this for me. will there be long term effects. it was sore for about 30 hours but the pain is less now ~ 40 hours. are there any complications or can I expect to be ok?

As the dude says, would suggest that you seek urgent medical assistance. You could have caused an internal injury that you are as yet unaware of.
