Sore Neck after hitting head, should I see a doctor?

Ok so yesterday when I was on my way up to english I fell and smashed my head of the door..it left a big lump and was sore for the whole day and this happened at 9am..

Last night my neck started getting sore and now its really sore..like when I move my neck it is sore..it just feels like muscles..

But I was wondering if I should go see someone or not? I want to go to the doctors but they not open on saturday..and my mum says what about the hospital because it was a head injury so it could be serious having a sore neck now too..

Definitely see a doctor after any head injury (unless it is really minor). Better to be safe than sorry.
