My second earhole is gettng a little tighter (I can still twist the ear ring) but I hurts is it infected and I forgot to twist it fo like 2 days..
Its probably just going through a swelling stage, mine did the same thing just make sure the backs are loose and not tight against your ear and you clean it daily and it should feel normal in a couple of days
