How do I scrunch my hair?

how do I scrunch my hair I have a scrunching mousse but I don’t know how to scrunch

you have to wait til your hair is not so wet but not TOTALLY dry;; then i just flip my hair over;; put mousse in the palm of my hands;; and just grab at my hair in an upward motion;; like from the tip to the roots;; my hair is naturally curly;; so its not that hard for me to do;; make sure you get a good amount of mousse;; enough for all of your hair;; if you put toomuch;; your hair will be sticky;; AND make sure your hair is not DRIPPING wet but still moist;; if its dripping wet then all the mousse you put in it is going to drip out;;
