which kills your hair more..straightening it or scrunching it? my hair is like so dead so I switched to scrunching it but I want to make sure that scrunching it is healthier?

straighning kills your hair more because of the constant heat on your hair, I have ghd’s (hair straighners) and when I straighten my hai ri use heat protecter spray wich I spray all over my hair and it redcues frizz and adds more shine 2it!

Straightening definitly damages your hair more, but if you get a good heat protector, it doesnt look so bad… I use sleek.look matrix… it works great, and its like only 15.00 at salons, and it lasts a long time. But if your still a little scared about it, just keep scrunching it. and blow dry it as little as possible

I think the best thing to do is to get your hair permanently straightened that way you don’t have continous damage to it.

u can use ceramic hair straightners they dont damage your hair they rnt that expensive anymore either
