School makes me nervous and feel sick

Every morning I get up from my bed at like 7:45am At 8:00am I go down stairs and have a small portion of cerial As soon as I open my eyes and think thats it is school I feel sick and usually feel like I am going to be sick (I never am sick but) I watch tv untill 8:30am At 8:30am my gran picks me up and takes me to school along with 2 brothers and a friend All morning I feel sick at school Iam popular never in fights and like school but I dont know why I get so nevice and feel sick

Could you answer Any food,drinks that would help me not feel sick or make me not feel nervice Any techniques for me to calm down?

I use to not eat anything but now I eat a bowl full I sumtimes eat more but that makes me feel more like im going to puke Think I should have less milk in my cerial and insted of milk a glass of water?

if you’re just eating a small portion of cereal, maybe it’s not enough for your body!! as you probably have heard, breakfast is the most important meal of the day, after a night’s sleep, your body needs fuel for the day, I reccomend eating a bigger breakfast! eating too little or nothing at all, can cause a headache or a tummy ache! why not add, a blueberry muffin and a banana to your cereal?
