Running and weight loss
If I run two miles everyday and eat heathy how long will it talke me to loose ten pounds.. Im 17 5’7 and weigh 153..
Theres not really much of a way of knowing because it depends on your body. It mostly likely wont take long though - your plan sounds logical so it would be great if you stick to it. Good luck.
it shud take about two weeks. you have to undrstand that with running you might gain weight due to gaining muscle! 5’7 and 157… im not sure but I thnk that you shud loose ten VERY easily.

I recommend running around 3-5 miles at a faster tempo pace to burn more calories and keep the metabolism going after the run. I think you can pretty much eat anything because you burn it all off after running. Just dont eat like candy or ice cream everyday…It wont take two weeks to lose ten pounds because your only running two miles daily..I would say two months unless you run a bit more and lift. Thats about 1 and half pounds a week.
