Roots and bleaching

I went to cometology schoool but neevr finished and its been a while. So im a lil unsure of bleacing and coloring, im going to do my friends hair. She has a level 3 o4 hair like a meduim brown, her ends are a blonde with some low lights.( like a level 7 or 8). I know more then likely I need to bleach her roots. But what bleach should I use. What vloume of developer and when I dye it after the bleaching what develeopr should I use then??

Okayyy Theres This Product Its Called A Hair Stripper But Usually The Box Says Remove Natural Hair Color She Should Use One Of Does Then she Should But a Dye In After That It Should Workk
