Ripped mussel in leg...when can I play soccer?

So I was at long jump at track and field 8 days ago and I did my jump but in the air my leg locked and I landed on it and fell over it (guy said I tore some gell pads in my leg or something) I’ve missed my 2 first soccer games :[ And im not limping anymore and I have a game in 2 days and I can bend my knee to almost my but xp till it hurts I can usaly bring all the way up So yeah…my mom dosent have the time to bring me to the doter ots been getting better everyday

Get it in a hot bath, wear a leg bandage on the sore part and have some painkillers before the game…av done it before but only play if you think it wont affect you :)

I would not push it. Let it heal or you can damage it permanently
