Im assuming you mean with no internet on your phone…Myxer.com has endless amounts of free ringtones and if you have computer access that has the internet you can send them to your phone through a text message. If you dont have free texting you will be charged for the text though.
mytinyphone.com… you can send it as an attachment from the computer, and it goes straight to your phone. You can also make your own ringtones.
I also like to use funformobile.com or phonezoo.com both have cool vids, ringtones, and pix. all of this is free!
i was looking for a way too..so if i have unlimited texting it DOESN’T cost..?
