How can I get free ringtones without internet on my phone?

does anyone know of any websites where I can download free ringtones without an internet connection on my phone?? I dont have internet on it and I cannot find any websites that lets me download without internet. do yall know any sites?

Try Myxer.com, always works for me and I don’t have internet on my phone.. You get to customize your own ringtones and then send them to your phone.. All for free!! The only thing is that you must have the songs on your computer and not bought from iTunes and suchh.. But it depends on what phone company you have.. Soo enjoy!
