How can I get rid of small white patches on my teeth if I have braces?

Do they look like the little calcium build up things you get on your nails? If so, you can’t. That’s from not brushing properly,

Fluoride is the most natural form of whitening, but it is also very dangerous if swallowed. Most toothpaste has a small solution of fluoride in it, but its possible to buy fluoride by itself like toothpaste.

Brush properly and it won’t happen. It’s from the plaque. And on your nails it’s a different thing, those are just calcium build ups and they go away. They just look the same.
