Ugllly white dots under my eyes, how to get rid of them?

I have these little white dots under my eyes. I cover them with makeup but I see them and boys see them and so do my friends . My mom says its just exta calcium but idcv what it is I wannna know how to get rid of it ! Lol, annny ideas

I found that if you pop them with a needle, it works too and you don’t have to go to the trouble of buying anything!
